This eight-story mixed-use housing development comprises 174 residential units and four stories of publicly owned structured parking. Spanning a city block from Broad Street to Myrtle, and 3rd Street to 2nd Street, with the exception of one parcel, the project offers a range of amenities on the ground floor, including an entrance lobby, commercial tenant space, leasing offices, bike storage, tenant storage, and a café. Vehicular access to the parking garage is centered on 2nd Street. With 400 parking spaces, the garage serves both residential tenants and provides parking for the nearby Ada County Courthouse.
