JOHN MCGRAW

President & COO

John McGraw is the President and COO of River Caddis Development, a leading real estate development firm headquartered in East Lansing, Michigan. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, John has a proven track record of success in managing complex development projects across the Midwest and beyond.

 

As President and COO, John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of River Caddis' operations, including new development projects and company strategy. Under his leadership, River Caddis has become known for its innovative, sustainable approach to real estate development, with a particular focus on housing for all, creativity, and conservation.

 

John is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the communities where River Caddis operates, and has played a key role in numerous successful development projects in partnership with private developers and public entities alike. His expertise in real estate finance and economics, combined with his commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, make him a trusted partner for developers and municipalities alike.

 

In addition to his role at River Caddis, John is also actively involved in a number of professional organizations, including the CCIM, CPM, IREM, and HCCP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts with a focus on Real Estate Development from Grand Valley State University and an MBA in Finance from Purdue University.
