President & COO

John McGraw is President & COO of River Caddis Group, overseeing River Caddis Development, Communities, and Management. He joined the company as Director of Development, advancing sustainable, mission-aligned real estate projects that strengthen communities and deliver long-term value.

Under his leadership, River Caddis Management has built a reputation for forward-thinking owner representation and program management, while River Caddis Development drives mixed-use and commercial growth, and River Caddis Communities expands affordable and mixed-income housing solutions rooted in stewardship and social impact.

John leads with humility, clarity, and collaboration, emphasizing integrity, transparency, and durable partnerships. He holds a B.S. in Liberal Arts (Real Estate Development) from Grand Valley State University and an MBA in Finance from Purdue University.

He remains committed to guiding River Caddis’ unified mission: developing people-centered places that enrich communities, inspire opportunity, and stand the test of time.
